Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through ClassForKids using Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
Payment Schedule
● Payments must be made in accordance with the payment option selected at the time of booking.
● Where monthly payment plans are available, instalments will be collected automatically on the agreed payment dates.
● It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
Missed or Failed Payments
● If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically attempt to collect the payment again.
● If payment remains outstanding, your child’s place may be suspended until the balance has been cleared.
● We reserve the right to cancel a booking where payments remain unpaid after reasonable attempts to collect payment.
Cancellations by Participants
● Bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
● If a participant chooses to withdraw after booking, any outstanding instalments under an agreed payment plan remain payable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
● Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Community Sports Trust.
Cancellation by the Community Sports Trust
Should we cancel a programme, session or camp due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
● A suitable replacement session where possible; or
● A credit towards a future programme; or
● A full refund where no suitable alternative can be provided.
Medical Absence
Refunds or credits for illness or injury are not guaranteed but may be considered where supporting medical evidence is provided.
Price Changes
Programme fees are confirmed at the time of booking. Future programmes may be subject to revised pricing.
Payment Security
All online payments are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe via the ClassForKids booking platform.
